How do I map a Slack channel as a triage channel in Thena?

To map a Slack channel as a triage channel, follow these steps:

1. Open Team Settings

   Hover over the desired team on the left navigation bar and click on the three-dot menu.

2. Select Source

   Click on Slack under the “Sources” section.

3. Choose a Channel

   From the list of Available channels, search for the Slack channel you want to map and select it.

4. Add Thena

   Click on “Add Thena” to authorize the integration.

5. Set as Triage Channel

   In the Select channel type drop-down, choose “Triage channel”.

6. Complete the Setup

   Click Continue to finalize the mapping.
