Why did the bot send a message on a Slack thread with ID?

When the ticket emoji toggle is enabled in Team sources > Slack, every ticket created via 🎫 emoji will include an acknowledgement message in the Slack thread.

This message confirms to the customer that a ticket has been created with ID for them to view in customer portal.
