What’s the difference between team and org-wide workflows?

Org-level workflows are visible to everyone in the organization. Their event triggers can occur for tickets from any team across the org.

Team-level workflows, on the other hand, are only visible to members of that specific team. The triggers (such as “ticket added”) are limited to tickets within that team. These workflows cannot be triggered by events or tickets from other teams.
