To easily view tickets that have received new conversations, you'll need to adjust your display settings and apply a filter:

  1. Navigate to the top menu.

  2. Locate "Display time on card" and change it to Update time.

  3. Utilize the "last 24 hour" day filter. This will show you tickets that have been updated most recently, indicating new conversations.
