How do I connect Microsoft Teams to my Thena dashboard?

1. Click on your Org name in the top-left corner of the page and select Organization settings.

2. In the left navigation bar, select Sources under Workspace.

3. On the MS Teams card, click Enable.

4. Click the Download button to download the custom MS Teams app (ZIP file).

🛠️ Steps to install the custom MS Teams app to your tenant:

1. In Microsoft Teams, go to the Apps section and select Manage your apps.

2. Click Upload an app.

3. Choose Upload a custom app and upload the downloaded Thena ZIP file.

4. Go to the Chat section in MS Teams.

5. Send the message login to the thena-ai-bot.

6. Click the Login button sent by the bot.

7. On the permissions screen, click Accept to authorize Thena.

Once installation is complete:

8. Return to Thena’s UI and check the box:

   “I have installed the application and configured the above steps.”

9. Click the Connect button.

10. Accept the required permissions to complete the setup.
