How are accounts and contacts pulled from the Slack app?

Initial setup:
When you first install and connect Slack in Thena, it scans Slack connect channels in your organization and pulls in accounts and contacts from external users — specifically, those with domains different from yours. This ensures that all relevant external contacts are captured without manual effort.

Ongoing updates:
After setup, Thena continues to monitor changes. Whenever you add a new Slack connect channel or bring Thena into a private or guest Slack channel, it automatically pulls the associated accounts and contacts into your system.
