How can I update an AI agent’s configuration in Thena?

Follow these steps to update your AI agent’s configuration:

1. Go to Organization Settings

   Click on your org name in the top-left corner of the screen.

2. Navigate to Agent Studio

   Select Agents under the Agent Studio section.

3. Choose Your Agent

   Click on the AI agent you want to configure.

4. Click “Configure Agent”

   You’ll find this button in the top-right corner.

5. Make Your Changes

   You can update:

   • Identity

   • Tone & Style

   • Collaboration level with human agents

   • Custom instructions to guide how the agent responds
