Jamie – Customer Ops Manager

Jamie handles internal support workflows and can automate the following:

  • AI-driven status updates

  • Smart ticket deflection in Slack, MS Teams, and Email

Taylor – Customer Support Agent

Taylor is connected to Web Chat and engages directly with your customers. It handles conversations in real time until they’re converted into tickets within the Thena dashboard.
