What types of emoji actions can be set up for a team?

There are two types of emoji actions:

1. Auto emoji – An emoji is automatically added (reacted to the main message thread) as soon as a status is manually changed using the web UI or triage block.

2. Emoji reaction – When a user reacts with a defined emoji—either in the Slack thread or on the ticket’s page in the UI—Thena will automatically perform the status change mapped to that emoji. In short, as soon as your teammate reacts with a mapped emoji, Thena updates the ticket status accordingly.
