Hover over the team name in the left navigation bar and click the three-dot options icon.
Click Team settings.
Select Groups from the left menu.
Click Create group, or Create your first group if you’re creating one for the first time.
Enter the Group name and click Create group.
Fill in the remaining fields: Members, Working hours, Timezone, Holidays, and Assignment logic.
Click Save changes.
