How can I create a routing rule within a team?

Hover over the team name in the left navigation bar and click the three-dot options icon.

Click Team settings.

Select Routing from the left menu.

Click Create rule.

Give the rule a name and select an available group from the dropdown.

Note: If you haven’t created any groups yet, you can create one from this page.

Choose “Match all” or “Match any” conditions—or use both.

Feel free to add as many conditions as needed based on your use case.

Click Save to create the rule.
